MINISTRIES
Welcome to the Ogden Utah YSA 2nd Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Our stake has eight wards serving young single adults ages 18-30 in Ogden, North Ogden, Ogden Valley, Harrisville, Plain City, Farr West, Warren, West Haven, Hooper, and Roy, Utah. We are committed to providing a welcoming and supportive community for young single adults looking to grow in their faith and connect with others.
Marriage Preparation
Our stake offers a comprehensive marriage preparation course for engaged couples. The course covers a range of topics including communication, conflict resolution, financial management, and intimacy. Our goal is to help couples build a strong foundation for a lasting and fulfilling marriage.
Women's Ministry
Our stake has an active women's ministry that provides opportunities for women to connect with one another and serve in the community. We offer regular social events, service projects, and spiritual growth opportunities. Our ministry is open to all women in the stake, regardless of age or marital status.
Volunteer Groups
Our stake has several volunteer groups that serve the local community. These groups focus on areas such as humanitarian aid, disaster relief, and environmental stewardship. We welcome all young single adults who are interested in serving others and making a positive difference in the world.
Kid's Ministry
Our stake has a vibrant children's ministry that provides age-appropriate activities and lessons for children ages 3-12. Our goal is to help children develop a strong foundation in their faith and build lasting friendships with other children in the stake.
College Ministry
Our stake has a college ministry that provides a supportive community for young single adults attending college. We offer regular social events, service projects, and spiritual growth opportunities. Our ministry is open to all young single adults in the stake who are currently attending college.
Pastoral Support
Our stake provides pastoral support to all members of the stake. Our leaders are available to provide counseling, spiritual guidance, and support during times of need. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive community for all members of the stake.
